NTFS tweak causes LiveUpdate to fail on certain occasions.
LiveUpdate is powering majority (all?) Symantec products,so thats a serious issue.
Please check NTFS tweak with Symantec products and add special warning when you get to screen with this tweak (if the issue is really connected with NTFS Tweak).
I was unable to test this by myself,but some friend of mine said that this might be the reason.

Symantec should stop using 8.3 filenames in the products for NT OSes.

Yeah that was also my first thought. But add the warning under NTFS Tweak anyway.

Use NOD32 instead of symantect solutions and you should be all fine
