Default So how’s the X1950XTX?

Now after ATi has released the new X1950 series (Check the reviews here). So what do you think about it?

I was amazed by the fact it draws less power than it's predecessor, although it's faster

I realize that this is more of an upgrade to the existing design, but I like it allot! Especially considering the MSRP of $449. Of course I don't have the money to buy one atm, but by the time they are widely available I might.

To my mind the only that that might hold me back (besides the cash to buy one) is the fact that it's not DX-10 compliant, or maybe it is and we just don't know it. Then again, I'm almost expecting Vista's release date to slip again... So it's a moot point.

well it owns, nice to see the price are not crazy like with the past cards, still expensive, wont get another card until the next directx stuff, but im happy with my ati card

It's just a revamped X1900XT...with little to no performance gains and more expensive. Thanks, but i think i'll pass.
