I download sometimes, i buy sometimes, i rent sometimes. I like to be free in what i choose. If a movie's,gamer/software is good ill buy it. Evaluation first is important to me.

FYI in most of the countries, copying copyrighted materials is ONLY allowed for educational and private purposes. The law forbidden it if commercial purposes is involved. However, if you copy anything for your own private use – it’s still legal.

yes but only 10 copys by cd/dvd (original cd/dvd)
if you sell one you are automaticly a pirat (illegal operation)
downloading and using cracked versions of some software is automaticly a warez and that make you a pirat becouse police dont give a fuck if you are a user or you sell warez (illegal operations)

i buy which is good quality to compare with the reasonable price also that i can effort
for windows xp pro licence in my country it's around 5000 THB(129.85 USD)

1 USD = 38.5059 THB

but the money rate here is very low alot of them is around 20-30-40 hardly to see 50+ per hour (by the law set that bacheler degree will get at least 8000 per month in case they officially signed to accept u are a employee

1 meal is 30-50
and now it hard to get a job cos very low avirable seat
alot of money disappeared by the corruptions in gov in companies ... and some stuck at a big company that not return anything to the people expect shit
the law is only given profit to capitalism mens not for people ... we live like slave
the electronics that sale here especially pc are over priced

(based on XFX Extheme)
7600GT that sale at 199$ but here is around 10000 THB = 259.738 USD
7900GT suppose to be 299$ but 16500 THB = 428.608 USD WTF
7900GTX are 22500 THB = 584.456 USD ...
7950GX2 M570 are 28900 THB = 750.704 USD
also the CPUs still overpriced even if we have 10% tax for imported electronics devices and 7% vat that on every things

but thank god the local game distubuter can deal for us so we got the game with optimal price for us
599 THB = 15.5586 USD that is the highest price per game and most of them are at this rate (my quake4 special edition too)
499 THB = 12.9626 USD for some old game or bad sale or special price
399 THB = 10.3648 USD for some old game or bad sale or special price
299 THB = 7.7617 USD for uber old game or shit
199 THB also avirable for shit .....(who gonna buy shit with 4-6 meals)

a sample that software isnt worth money is BF2...(and many things rerated on EA)
they try to produce the expansion as much as they can for sale but still didnt fix balance in original gameplay. with special force (they called expansion) but why they need to cut of support for gpu on shader 2 series there is no explain ... theEA international says : "ask u local distubutor (EA thailand) we cannot support" ... wtf is this and the local EA didnt respone anything even ban the cheaters that use hack they downloaded and sold to others
the issue of this story is
1 no demo of special force add-on
2 no support or even a respone
3 sure shit services
4 the law isnt avirable for this case (seem too many but even if avirable it didnt work cos officers commited the crime for money)

so my strike back is boycott lol the only things i can do... the others ? no they live like slave and they dont know what to do so they commit to eat those shit...

Shiver me timbers, splice the main brace...

how about make software free for home use & make only the business's pay...

home users using your software for free & liking it is more likley to see that software then purchased on the grounds of it being fit for the purpose intended rather than being purchased on the features companies think they are getting only to find its a POS

...also if people are using your software for free at home, the companies support & training costs would drop accordingly...

only real diffrence this would make to me is one less charge on the rap sheet

Slowly moving to open source(ubuntu etc) but then I feel even more guilt as not having funds to donate to projects I would like too
