My vote goes to DFI because of their OC features.

I'm good for either ASUS, MSI, or DFI. All great boards, great features, and great packages.

I chose DFI simply for their motherboard features: pcb, uv reactive components, features, overclockablility (including voltage options), package (uv cables / software / manual / etc).

I really like the innovations ECS and Asrock are coming out with.
I remember I used to have a ECS K7S5A wich was one of the best seller of its time.
I had it before it became popular and all so I don't know if the newer versions of the K7S5A were as good...
Now I have a Asrock 939 Dual SATA2 wich I am very satisfied with.
I used to have a AGP card (x850 pro unlocked to 16p) and then got a PCIe videocard and with the mobo I could use both AGP and PCIe wich is very cool if you plan to slowly upgrade your computer and don't have a big budget.
Now I am waiting for the new AM2 proc.
Anyways I know there are better quality boards out there but I always managed with the cheap ones.
The only board I had that was a little more expensive was a MSI that half assed supported AGP 8x with a cheap VIA chipset.
Thats when I told myself screw it i'll stick with cheap baords

Asus, MSI or DFI for me. I used any DFI board but they are the best when it comes to overclocking. Asus and MSI are alittle easier to work with since their bios settings are so complicated.

DFI, always good for everything

however availability becomes an issue here, so i'll have to say MSI (ASUS never convinced me)
