the price in my country is over 1000$ us but the salary is around 130$
1 fine meal is only 1$

and sad nvidia not releasing the 7300 and 7600 cos there no enermy at that field

HELL NO, how can the average person afford a $600-$800 and still pay the bills?! That amount of coin could almost (and sometimes can) pay for a complete computer upgrade (depending on the upgraded components, of course)... Sorry, but that's way too much to spend on just one component.
