Default The one Intel Chip I like....

I voted for AMD, and I've voted for them with my wallet since 1999. However, there is one Intel CPU that I really do like, the mobile chip line. And I'm primarilly interested in a SFF system that is very quiet and fairly cool running. Like the Shuttle SD11G5.

Then tonight my academic advisor suggested that I skip a second bachelors degree and go straight to an MBA program. So I guess I might just need a laptop instead of a SFF. And again I would only be interested in a Centrino based laptop.

Otherwise, if it's not AMD and 64 bit, I'm just not interested.

something don't fit here.

if 80 percent of the voters have AMD how come intel rooles the markets?
either everybody who buys intel are too noobs for ngohq (told by a man called noobi zubi...) or the poll was tempered somehow, and since i have no doubt of REGENERATION's integrity, i'd say that this is a noobfree zone.

The reason behind intel having a large percentage of the market is because they make deals with big companies like, Dell, Hp, Compaq, Gateway, etc. I read somewhere that they even told Hp that they would stop selling the server chips if Hp started selling AMDs. The average joe who knows little about computers will buy their PCs from big companies like Dell. We who know better are out numbered by the average joe.

Talking AMD You knows it

Yesterday i built a custom laptop which had p4 (not mobile!) in it and a nv6800 ultra. It had a battery life of 1 hour and you could probably cook off the vents. It was damn big too!
It was the icing on the cake for my hate towards Intel
Somehow there is still 20% out there waving intel flags... Suckers...
