Medium is the perfect size. Any smaller or bigger and it would look wrong.

I think it's great as it is now (medium?). I think it is best for a general setting, as users can always make it bigger or smaller via their browser.

In Firefox it is as easy as "CTRL&+" to go bigger, and "CTRL&-" to go smaller.
