PCI-E of course. Choose whatever you are running; You can't run both AGP and PCI-E.

Hey werty the question clearly states "Wich slot do you have" and not wich slot do you run

I voted for PCIe since its the one I am running right now

AGP , there is no diiffrent between AGP and PCI .. ( not YET)

I currently have AGP which is running my XFX 6600GT (AGP, of course ), but I plan to move soon to PCI-E.
