I do have one PCI-E card in my daily driver...a XFX6800GS and it was a good value a year and a half ago, and a good card now as far as that goes.
All my other cards are AGP Radeon based, the fastest is a X850 Pro boosted to XT PE speed (But only 12 pipes)
I do have a AIW 9600XT, but since ATI does not support it anymore, I just use it as a Video card.
I do have one board using onboard Nvidia 6150 video and it has a PCI-e slot for a upgrade path.
I have two ASRock 939 Dual Sata-2's and a 939 Dual VSTA, they have both AGP and PCI-E slots, but I am using AGP in all. If I were to get a new card right now it would be a PCI-E for the VSTA board and the X850 Pro would trickle down to another AGP Machine
