My son has two 360s and plays online just about every night with his buddies on all kinds of games. I've also played some with Halo 3. He hasn't mentioned any lag and I haven't seen any myself during my own sessions. However, I'm not playing online like he is.
Is your experience with it in online gaming, or solo?

#14 | | Master of Disaster | both really, but this is with the original xbox, i think for every system by the end of its market life there are a few games that are a little more then it can handle well, ive noticed this with several older systems including xbox, ps1/2, gamecube, when they try to push the graphics in some of the later games for it they lag a bit every now and again and the fps arent the greatest |

#15 | | Loyal DAAMIT User | The only game that eber lagged on my xbox 1 is Deus Ex : The Invisible War. And that is only in certain sections of the game especially large areas with a lot of detail and transparent effects.

#18 | | Loyal DAAMIT User | Actually, most people probably don't give a shit about the small lag that sometimes appeared, it was certainly less intense than on the PS2 with the latest games. And also, most of them who buy consoles REALLY don't care if there is a little lag, most of them buy them so they can just play their games.

#19 | | Master of Disaster | see im the opposite, if i were to buy a console, it had damn well better NEVER lag, if im paying ungodly ammounts for something that is dedicated for games and its only purpose in existence is to play games, there had better not be even one blip of lag....ever lol |

#20 | | Site Staff | The PC today is the most powerful platform. Sadly, developers and publishers left us in the dark. They probably blame piracy, but I heard that people are pirating stuff on consoles as well with mod-chips, hacked firmwares and stuff.
The Xbox’s GPU is ATI’s R500 R600 (X2000 series) and somehow many games have better graphics on the Xbox, rather then the PC. PC gaming is slowly dying because they see these consoles as more beneficial to them.
Well, I never had a console since 1992; I guess it’s time to buy one again. With all the latest super quad core CPUs and super GPUs, and all games are going out only to the consoles! That’s stinks.
