DDR2 as DDR3 is still way too expensive and in fact my mobo upgrade also uses DDR2 even though the board is capable of supporting the new Intel Extreme quads and FSB of 1600.
Sticking with the OCZ here picking these up Saturday  http://www.canadacomputers.com/index...id=RAM.346.307

DDR2 4-4-4-12 here too. The current frequency is actually between 700-800 so I doubt there'd be much to gain from swapping it out.

Where is sdr in the poll?
My mate still have sdram. This one option more in poll will not make big problems... I do think so...
I have 3x512mb ddr1.
