Do i always have to fill your lacks in polls? ;-)

If you guys prefer to stick with Camels over cars - that’s your fault. Adding elder CPUs will make this poll too big to publish Anyway.

The phenom B2 TLB errata which can only occur during heavy virtualization (eg 4 instances at the same time on full load) was blown to colossal proportions by the world scaring potential upgraders (me included) away. Even if someone wanted that much virtualization the Linux kernel has a fix that works around the errata with less than 1% performance hit (compare to the massive hit the bios fix gets) but in the server market that's unacceptable so the geniuses delay a perfectly ok desktop part as well.
I'm not expecting many phenom votes for this reason.

And from the early Phenom releases they really need to work on Cache because the very series they were targeted to outperform the "untrue" quad Q6xxx series are wiping up the floor with them ... we are not even seeing what the Extreme quads are capable of yet.

EDIT: Or the upcoming 35nM stuff with quad and 8 cores.

I voted AMD since I dont have my Intel system completed yet. Still looking at motherboards and trying to decide if DDR III is going to be my choice or just go with high performance 4GB DDR II Dual Channel kit
