A computer is like a car or a house .... are we ever truly happy or do we always have some way we want to improve it ?

Happy ??? ... to be honest for the amount of gaming I do this system with the few Mods I have made is really working well at the present. After Christmas when I have some cash to burn I will be retiring this as a dedicated server as I mentioned and starting to build something really fun

On the whole I couldn't be more satisfied with it. The only component I don't like is the PSU.

I'm happy with my machine, especially after vga change from forsa's geforce 6600gt 256MB/128bit ddr2 to Sapphire's Radeon HD2600xt 256MB/128bit ddr4, now it's perfect.
:-)
But next year i'll buy new computer and it will be based upon amd not upon intel, like now. In my opinion nvidia and intel sux. I felt better with athlon xp 2500+ then this shitly pentium 4 530...

In my new machine i'm plannin to mount something like this:

Some high-end amd cpu
gigabyte's motherboard
2xradeon 3870 ddr4 ( ;] )
4GB ddr2 (2x2gb dual channel)
dvd recorder
3x250gb sata2 hdds
600W psu

But at this moment that's only plans, i have to get money for this nice machine ;-)

Buying a 2900pro and OCing (to or beyond XT) is currently one of the best bangs (kabooms?) for your buck. Just mind the thing is allergic to lots of AA/AF.
