Voted no with an explanation. All sites have to be looked at with a grain of salt and common sense. You don't believe everything you read in the paper right ?

Innocent until proven guilty. I dont really trust the first review I see, but until anyother review prove it wrong I should give them some credit.

yea i had to say no, for the most part i really dont, i also perfer to look at the whole picture and compair reviews, find holes in them, if you read thorugh enough you will start to see where the lies are, and then for a final summation i always like to come to sites like here and see what real people think and their experiences, theres too many biased reviews out there by people that think what they got is the best so they make everything else look bad.

Im with you guys on toms too, f**k that place with a 10 foot pole

I think that we can't trust every site but there are some that are known for many years as fair. I agree that many sites play dirty helping one of the ATI or Nvidia that is one of the reasons i prefer red team, because some time ago whe GF FX card had their premiere you could find a lot of cheat reviews paid by NV!

Well... here i dont trust reviews site... because we never know if they tweak components and things like that if they use the same settings and the sames components.... somes components will be betters with others and the same way... anyways I did 1 review in my life about the 6000+ here and i say i can't trust my review because maybe some software are optimised for intel and nvidia ... or amd and ati... we never know what they do in ours back... if you want an true review ... buy your stuff and try it ! If you are not satisfied ... return at your retailler and give them back your stuff and try!

Can I vote?

As a reviewer, I've been interested in the responses here. Really makes me feel all my efforts are worth less than toilet paper.

However, I do know that there ARE a lot of reviews that "spin" the review in one form or another. I think whether one trusts a review or not probably depends more on the person doing the review, than on the site hosting it.

Sadly, too, there's a lot of total 'junk' being offered up for free reviews, too. I know I've had my share. (And still getting some.)
