so far i don't notice any thing different, it needs more game support and maybe then it could be something good so the best thing is i didn't pay for vista.

as I don't have a DX10 card and I don't plan to buy one in the near future ... waste of money

I saw comparing snapshots between games in DX9 and DX10, saw very little difference if not none at all. I think like Unix said its too early to judge because games will start getting better and better with it but for now it's a waste of money.

My thoughts too. But I do have a DX10 card but will not use vista or DX10. We will see next year maybe.

PS. Why even bother when the Unreal 3 Engine is allready out and is more of a DX9 engine. Bioshock was playing nicely on DX9 cards like my X1950XTX and can't wait for Gears of War or any other unreal engine 3 game that will come out.

Well i think Dx10 is not bad ... well i seen dx10 games and you dont have alot of differences between DX10 & 9 ... And something sucks alot it's you need Vista for have DX10

Unreal 3 and ET: Quake wars will run on Linux. Gotta love the merits of Opengl which incidentally shows how much we really need directx10.
