also the numbers don't seem to match with the drivers...

Just about MPVU Mode it's a long time that you can't change it.... Even in the registry ... I had a hope that your tool would do the job but it dosent... | |

What im trying to say is since the x1950 series the mpvu mode is by default at afr... You cant change the mode since the 1950's.So by putting the registry 'mpvu mode' is useless... | |
