Default ATI 9.3 DX9 & 10 performance DRIVER

I would like to give some info about the performance increase i got in tweaking 9.3 driver......

but i really want to know how many are happy with the 9.2 SKD tweak driver. coz

last time, many where saying not impressive, which made me feel bad.

let me be clear.

i do it for my use.... and i like to share it with others, coz i like to put a smile on others face...

And i don't see that many people posting comments.... positive or negative
.... only few which i really appreciate....

i don't expect people to laugh at me work.... i hate that..........

AND FOR 3DMark users... its Sht*

Its only for Nvidia users to compare Nvidia cards.. not to compare ATI with NVIDIA.........

Tweaked 9.2 SKD

Tweaked 9.3 SKD

My ATI Tweak tool is going good... will give more updates soon

The tool will take some time... coz the programmer is my girlfriend(V.M) and she is a bit busy now:

Default 9.3 vs SKD 9.3 on passmark 7 beta

The tool gives normal CCC like interface and 3 buttons in the bottom.

1, overclocking
2, D3D setings
3, OGL settings

Here is the link to download 9.3 SKD driver for vista and windows 7. click here

ATI SKD Tweak tool Coming soon.

i have provided a non working sample, just to give a feel for what i am doing now

Impressive results indeed. I havn't used any yet, as my 4850 can be sensitive and I wish to understand/know what you are changing at least roughly in the drivers before trying them. When I looked at the last inf, it looked like enabling a lot of the filtering optimisation modes which does mean a loss of image quality, but if you sure you arn't sacrificing IQ to get these gains or it is barely noticable perhaps with your benchmark results you need to have a screenshot in the same location on the normal and optimised drivers so we can see if it is an acceptable loss in quality or no loss at all.

But your work on this is of course appreciated, anyone trying to make something better is always a good thing.

Thanks M8

the performance is because of filtering and things like that, and wont harm Hardware and ya should post screenshots but cant do that for every version right

It takes time for people to open up and try modded drivers. People are reading and following your drivers but may not want to post yet. Keep up your efforts they are appreciated more than you think.

Hmmm good to hear that..

I don't want SKD driver to cause any problem to any of my friends or even to my enemy's

and would like to know the improvements it gives.. there is a reason

I asked people to post results and did not find people doing it except for few like my good friend spectator-X and mkey... thaks guys

I want people to post results for me to analyze what it is good or bad @, so that i can balance it...

2D and 3D needs to be balanced to get better FPS and same way DX9 DX10 needs balancing..

Right now i am installing the driver thousands of time and reinstalling windows7 many times to get the optimal setting........

But happy that i can give something for others which puts a smile on their faces
