For you Sapphire 4850TOXIC people I got SE81SSHOC.10 bios from SapphireTech dated november 11, 2008. It has the following clocks:
Idle 160/250
Load 675/1100
Note the bios is for SKU# 11132-04-40R only. Compared to my original bios E81105N6.SB the performance is the same but the temperature however is 15-20C lower under load. Idle it did not exceed 30C, under stress it stays below 75 while I overclocked the bios to 700/1200. I did not look for the maximum overclock yet, but with the lower power required and heat disipated there is room for further overclocking. |
