Created by acclaimed developer Digital Extremes, Dark Sector™ is a new and original third-person action-shooter designed exclusively for next-generation gaming. Dark Sector thrusts players into the role of Hayden Tenno, a covert operative sent on a dangerous mission into Lasria, an Eastern European city on the brink of ruin that hides a deadly Cold War secret. In the midst of this mission, Hayden is attacked by an unknown enemy and infected by the Technocyte Virus, a brutal bio-weapon that twists its victims into mindless killing machines. Surviving this attack, Hayden finds that the Technocyte virus has granted him powerful, inhuman abilities unlike anything he has ever seen. Now, he must evolve with his powers, survive and become a hero.
| | 5 Comments | | | Sorry for the wrong section i'm kinda tired could someone move it to the right section. thanks! | | | | Guys, this game is awesome :-) I played it today half of day :-) Weapons are only nice add-on, main weapon is this boomerang-like ring. Maybe killing a lots of enemies with one weapon seem to you very boring, but it is not! Ring has two modes of "fire", normal and harder one, in both of them it has limited range, you can steer with it while it flies, just perfect weapon.
On your way you can meet many various kinds of enemies: soldiers, soldiers with shield and machete, mutated animals(?!), robots, zombies, undied animals.... In this game is really a lots of various species of enemies.
Now i'm at 5th chapter, in game is 10 chapters, i hope i will finish it ;-) For sure way which guides us to end of game is not easy and gives a lots of fun. I get scared many times while playing it. Sound is great, screams, calls, and many other makes you feel situation in game on your own skin ;-) I can say that this game is more scary than both of F.E.A.R. games :-) | | | | very good game - I couldn't stop until i completed it...
how ever using the Star make this game very easy and even the boss at the end was easy... | | | | I don't know if it's just my age (36), but these games really scare the s*&^ out of me. this game loom like c**p in today standards but recently i tried to check it out again and it still scares the c**p out of me... | | |
