Default 3500+ @ 2700 MHz @ 1.65 volts

Is this the max for the AMD 64 Athlon Venice 3500+ ???

I was able to hit 2800 MHz @ 1.65 volts but it was unstable ?

Whats stopping me ? the voltage or the core itself ????

I forgot to mention that the CPU it's very stable at this speed and it's under watercooling for a few months ...

The max full load temp never goes above 36-38 degrees Celsius so this might not be a heat issue at all ...

The errors are not coming from RAM because the divider gives RAM 195 MHz at relaxed timmings ....

only thing that stops you is your bios
look for bios update

p.s.this mbo is not made for overclocking

What settings in the bios did you use to achieve that?

What about you HTT link? Im currently using 600 MHz HTT, it means that my HTT multiplier is 3x, the default is 1000 witch means that multiplier is at 4x. Try lowering your HTT link speed. Hope it helps.

edit: Time for a new psu??? maybe your 450watts psu is not getting it at all.
