for duo core take a conroexfire-sata2 (intel 945P chipset)
i have asking for asrocks mbos on few forums and get answare that this mbo have high performance and that dont have any issue with any of cpus and gpus and its only cost ~80$ dollars

my specs now: intel pentium 2.8ghz on a piece of junk mobo (some standard shit with a crap bios)
2bg ddr 400
7800gs extreme (AGP)
160gb hdd
my specs in the future will be (if i buy those things i said):
intel core 2 duo e6300 (on that asrock board, wich can btw only use core 2 duo if it has a specific version number)
2gb ddr 400
7800gs extreme
160gb hdd
nice? or not?
