#3 | | Newbie | I have a Pentium D 805 2.66 and with stock cooling I got 3.2 and with my watercooling I'm able to get 4 ghz it only cost me 150$ can and the price dropped since. IMO it's one of the best cpu for its price |

I mean, if you already have the motherboard, and your just looking to upgrade your cpu, then one of those will do the trick very nicely. However, for the dollar, the conroes are not just a step ahead of the competition, they're like comparing a Yugo to a cadillac |

#7 | | Stuck in "April 1st" | | M/B: Asus Rampage Formula | | | RAM: G.Skill 2x2GB PI Black | | If you want cheap yet good go for AMD. If you want the best money can buy you want a core2. Those p4s are absolutely useless and have no place IMO.
