I'd be trying to figure out why your 12V rail hit 13.216V!
That is over the 5% variance that most PSU's are supposed to run within. So, with that in mind, that should be sitting between 11.4V and 12.6V, no lower or higher...I'd be afraid of something blowing!
As for your heat, you're good. My A64 3200+ caps at 45 degrees with a Prime95 Stress of 1 hour, with a max physical of 75 degrees, and an automatic shutdown temp of 65 degrees. Some ASUS boards did misreport the temperature because they ran off the wrong Diode
