It's not that difficult actually, it's all FSB / CPU RATIO / HTT settings. You don't want your HTT to go over 1000. Your not allowed to set a CPU RATIO higher than its default. Your FSB can go as high as your components allow.
Myself, I am running 233x10 = 2330 for my CPU, and 1:1 = 233 for my RAM. If I went 250x10 = 2500 for my CPU, my RAM probably wouldn't hold up without 3.6v to 3.8v (which I refuse to give it), so I'd need a different ratio of 9:10 or 4:5 to keep the 233mhz.
So, I've an extra 330mhz on my CPU, and 66mhz on my RAM. That 66mhz boosts my bandwidth from 5200 to 6200 roughly (according to SiSoftware Sandara's Synthetic Benchmark). I haven't tested the boost from the CPU yet.
