same price for a proc that whips intel.
amd dual core is made to cheat on 3dmark and its only made for gaming.
why to buy a cpu that have a matemathics structure like celeron 633 Mhz or amd tunderbirad 1300 mhz
2 hours of decoding avi or 16 hours to decode and burn dvd video.

i have a barton 2500+ and it have higher mathematics then a amd 64 3400+

we have tested this cpus:
AMD 64 3000+(939)
AMD 64 3400+(939)
AMD Barton 2500+(slot A)
AMD Sempron 64 3000+(754)
Intel Celeron Tualatin 1300+(370)
Intel Celeron 2800 (slot 478)
Intel Celeron 2667 EM64T (775)
Intel Pentium P4 prescot 2800 EM64T (775)

Cheat? what does that mean?

And who cares about mathematics? Look at the benchmarks, look at real life performance. AMD is ahead. PERIOD

AMD is ahead on everything if you look at the latest benchmarks. Even encoding.

You need to look at reviews, real life performance, not synthetics. Synthetics don't mean anything! Read up before you start a war. I'm with Pinnacle!
