Default New processor

Hi m8's
I will change my motherboard and processor (also graphic card, but i only need help for this)
I haven't no much money to buy it, so i decide to take a ~100€ motherboard (a Gigabyte) and ~180-200€ AMD 64bits processor.
I may select:
AMD 64 3200 S939 BOX
AMD 64 3500 SCK S939
The graphic card I selected is SAPPHIRE X800GTO 256 and i will mod it to XT (with a softmod is possible)
Do you think is a good selection for get running very well games to some years? What AMD i my select?
Thanks for help!

boxed is more expenive but comes with a cooler and 2 years waranty.

as with the ati card its a good card specialy with a softmod but buy a good cooler for it.

the gto2 by saphire or connect3d.
if you softmod it you overclock it then the standard cooler isnt enough to cool your card
you also loose your warranty if you softmod it.

Yes, the card is a GTO2, but, the default cooler isn't enough? :S

Go with the boxed version of the AMD64 3500+. Every review I've seen of the 3200+ and the 3500+, for some reason the extra 200mhz makes about a 7% increase in performance. Just my 2 cents though. I'm still a big fan of the nvidia 6800GS card. The price/performance is just too tough to beat compared to ATI products. It is a bit more, though not too much. Thi'll give you more longevity though and not void your warranty. You can even get some that are factory overclocked from the stock 425mhz to around 485mhz. Not too shabby and I've read many can be OC'd over 500mhz if you want to take the chance.
