Default AMD Releases s754 Venice!

Well AMD now has out Venice CPUs for s754, really awesome! I may get one if I can sell my Newcastle.

They haven't killed off the socket 754 yet? Whats the difference between that socket and the 939? Just a lower oriented budget or does it have less cache or something?

S754 uses a single channel memory controller where S939 uses dual channel and S754 has a smaller cache.

Ontop of single channel / dual channel, 754 only goes to 800mhz htt, and the 939 goes to 1000mhz htt as well
