but now i am going to buy a PCI-E CLUB 3D ATI Radeon X1900 XTX, 512 MB, VIVO, Dual DVI
for ~650$

Most average around $100 - $200 for MSI / DFI / ASUS. The 3000+ is $169, 3200+ is $186, and 3500+ is $232. Even the 400+ is under $400! The most expensive part is the video card *LOL*!
