Try reading this article on anandtech - nForce4 Ultra Roundup

So you can deside for yourself..
Abit and Epox are also good choices. Decide for yourself, since you know what peripherals you could plug in the motherboard...

I have the Asus a8n sli deluxe board, never had a hassle but would like to try the new msi with the creative sound card that is on board. Used to be an Intel fan until I tried the AMD 3200+ socket 939 ( winchester) and haven't looked back since.

I moved from Intel to AMD when I got my AMD AthlonXP Barton 2500+. Excellent processor, and my Athlon64 3200+ is better !

I went with the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum board to maintain my AGP video card (the MSI 6600GT). I have been looking for a 6800GT, cheap, so that I can stay away from PCIExpress for a little bit longer.

It's totally up to as per what you currently already have, what you want to replace, and how much you want to spend . Another board that you may want to check out is the ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 Motherboard as it natively (no hybrid junk) supports both AGP and PCIExpress (for example: if you have an AGP card, don't want to get a new one, and want expandability later ). I have heard excellent reviews about this motherboard!
