Just amazing the new AMD Core for Athlon 64 series, named venice is just an overclocking beast! Pc-ice from Xtremesystems.com managed getting a 3500+ Venice to a 2950MHz frequency with STOCK VOLTAGE which is insane!

Yeahh the Venice is great !! Bye bye Intel !! The socket 754 is not dead ! You can upgrade with a higher CPU like a Athlon64 3700+ ! And the performance is better than Socket 939 !

Very interesting. For the moment I cant OC my 3500 cos I ended up getting a cheapo sapphire $20 socket 939 mobo. I just wanted to get the system running and the mobo I wanted was out of stock.
As soon as I upgrade (few days i bet) it should be fun to see what I can get it up to. At first with only water-cooling and then with a peltier. I broke one of my peltiers in half when I was taking it off.. Damn it! Lucky they dont cost much....
