Actually, it is really cool to use. I have the Toshiba L300D-01N (AMD-powered, OBVIOUSLY) and I love it, dropped it twice, works great. Plus, I only paid 619$ CAD tax included when it came out.

A dream PC not a science fiction time machine with space travel capabilities. It's a seriously kickass rig for its time. Today's dream PC is tomorrow's tetris compiler.

What's so surprising about it? It's a motherboard with EFI and notebook coolers all over it. Apple has had EFI implemented on their platforms long before, it's nothing impressive.

Do gigabyte boards also display CPU-Z info in the bios?

Who gives a flying fuck about viewing a two page document about your CPU specs?

It seems to me logical that when you build your system, you know what your putting into it and don't need a useless feature like that to inform you about it. If that's not the case, the individual in question is a total tit.
