Some progs sux and just do the math instead of actualy reading all the values, so it knows your cpu can go to x9 and your fsb is 400, so for its, it is 400 * 9 = 3.6 | |

No he's manually set the multi to 8x. It's stupid windows that's assuming the max multi was used.
