One thing is for certain. Deneb can't be as overclockable as Wolfdale.

If AMD made some architectural changes rather than just manufacturing this processors on a 45nm fab, then it could be possible. | |

The changes include 3x bigger L3 cache (6mb up from 2mb), lower cache latency and higher IPC but the manufacturing process will be 45nm SOI while high k comes later. Too little too late.
