ok my stuff is a bit old but hopeing someone can help
i have a an8slise mobo with a 3700 san d chip in it and im trying to put a fx55 chip in there
wen i do and start up i dont get any picture and i get 1 long beep followd by 2 short beeps
iv seen the bios update page
ASUS A8N-SLI Bios Mod but havent done it yet.
my ram is 512*2 pc3200 400mhz geil and im useing a 7950 gt oc sli card
iv put the 3700 chip bak in and everything is ok (this is the pc im useing everyday (my other 1 is a pentium3)
iv been thinking of getting the deluxe board but tbh i might aswell get a new system if thats the case BUT id rather just get this one working with the new chip
can anyone help or have any ideas
