I'd say hold on to the mem till you real need new memory. plus a cas 3 can beat a cas 5 of the next better bandwidth as in I've seen 667 beat 800.

Lol i seen an ddr2 533 beats an ddr2 800 :O is just because the cas latency the ddr2 533 was @ cl 2 and the ddr2 800 was @ cl6 or 8 i dont remember! | |
