Uranium is converted into metal before it is used in nuclear weapons production.
To make highly enriched uranium, the enrichment plants used an elaborate process to separate most of the rare uranium 235 from the more abundant uranium 238 isotope.Uranium 235 is used to create a nuclear bombs or you can change uranium 238 with 235 byproducts (like neutron bombarding) to plutonium 239 but for that you need high tech equipment.

small one for back pack and you can find schematics on net

and you dont need to extract izotops

if it was that easy the first nuke was to fall on european soil, instead of japanees.

i agree, getting the stuff is the hard part.
and as far as i can see now, if iran starts fighting the arabian countries the middle east will turn into hell, but they don't need to.
syria is already a lacky of Iran, and lebanon is on hte sure path to that position as well.
i doubt saudi arabia, egypt, jordan and turkey will have problems with that coalition (in sace Iran don't gets nuke be than).
as to your question, the suicide bombers will be on the iranian side, for their opponants are considered "moderate ilslamic countries"
