Now, this happened a few days back and I think "democracy" (it never has been a democracy, really; Croatians just can't accept this abstract concept, we never had a good democratic leader and we will never have one) in my country has finally flat lined.

This is his ugly fucking face. Our now ex "prime" minister. The country is facing the worse fucking difficulties in... well, maybe ten years lol and what does this fucking asshole do? He resigns. With fucking honors! Media speculates whether he's a genius or not (yeah, there's no media liberties here atm tbh) while he simply said "I did my part of the route, now I leave my chair to someone else" (paraphrased). He's known as a man who never ever gives a straight answer, he never ever participates in interviews where he can't control the questions, he likes to keep ultra right handed speeches where he bashes everyone but only sporadically mentions any facts etc.

And who did he choose to carry on the flag? This fucking bitch (ladies, sorry, I have nothing but respect for women, but this is not a woman, she's pure and utter scum)

For instance, she strongly advocated the law that forbid single women to go for artificial impregnation (they did it so they wouldn't lose the Church support, nothing personal) but then as they were electing her in the senate she pleaded with the women for their support - funny thing is, women in the senate were almost all full of words of contempt toward her. The story about how she was confirmed as a prime minister is also a funny one, but I'll give it a rest for now.

Let me try (only try) to give you an overview of what these people do/did
* average paycheck here is around 600€ while the average expenses for a 4 member family is at least 700€
* these asshole pricks have around 2500€+all the expenses they can accumulate (at least 1000€ per month)+free cars and clothes+5 to 10 chairs in various executive committees that provide them with even more dosh and possibilities for their family businesses to secure lucrative contracts and whatnot
* there was a number of scandals tied to them and their party - fluke privatizations of once in a time powerful companies that were ran into the ground so they could be sold/bought for next to nothing; inland and offshore accounts scandals; expensive watch collections and abnormally expensive cars - all being swept under the rug by our fine media representatives.

What now? Well, the ex prime minister is going to receive full pay for 6 months and half of that each month afterward until he gets employed. The new prime cow is going to do god knows what, first time someone makes pressures her she'll break like a fucking twig.

I apologize for all the curse words, but they only served to demonstrate feelings I nurture for those fucking assholes.

lol, this is probably the best part. At least now we have the most fucked up prime minister in the region and probably in the whole of the Europe.

I probably wouldn't have a problem with her nationality had she not been hiding it. Even though, I can't see a Vlaisavljević as a Croatian prime minister lol

Guys, guys, we all need to chill. Assholes are in every country in this world and usually most of them is in government.

I stopped to care about these whole politic bullshits and with it i have few problems to care less :-)

You are quite correct, every country has their dimwits, but the problem here is quite simple-

Croatia (in various forms and shapes) has existed for well over a thousand years. You can count good domestic leaders on fingers of one crippled hand. We had maybe two of those guys, there was always someone else ruling and stealing. And what's worse, those assholes stole a lot less and did a lot less damage then the assholes we have today. Usually these people are undereducated, they usually own only bough diplomas, have zero to none skills, are extreme underachievers and come from smaller surroundings so they are bound to have a major complex of lesser value so they need to boast themselves and steal like there's no tomorrow. They cheat to win the elections, they directly form people's opinion, they form various post election day alliances with those parties they think they can control, the influence the media, they set some virtual, political goals instead of tackling the big and very much realistic problems.

For instance, while the economy goes down the drain, they perform these dreadful privatizations, sell the family jewels for next to nothing and loan tons upon tons of money which they use to buy social peace. Short term. On other hand, their biggest "achievement" is the entrance of our country in EU. lol wtf is Croatia going to do in EU?! Of course, nobody from the EU is actually saying that Croatia is ready to be part of no the union. Only our esteemed politicians say so, only they have this vision. Of course, when we fail to enter they will most probably blame someone else. Like, these assholes party has been in charge from 1991 to 2000, then from 2003 to 2009. And what they do? Blame most of the countries problems on the coalition that ruled from 2000 to 20003 lol. And yes, people still vote for them; sometimes I think the best thing to do would be for all of us to die and cease to exist as we are just too stupid.

Also, would the person who voted no in the poll post here and explain his/her reasoning?
