Not caring and turning your back on these problems is not the way to go. Caring and getting involved in these problems IS the way to go. What problem ever got solved by walking away from it? If you're going to bitch and moan about this guy or that and not do anything about it and say that you don't care, then keep quiet and let these morons continue being morons.

Who said he doesn't care? And what are we supposed to do? What can be done? I DID vote and guess what, it changed nothing lol.

The only thing that can be done, as I see it, is a terrorist attack on the parliament. But I just don't see it happening.

From what I saw, their representative seems not to be overly excited about the whole ordeal. He merely said "Veterans helped when it was needed the most, they'll do it again". But that might just be politics, the government might have "persuaded" him to say that lol.

But I think the problem lies elsewhere - the veterans association was always supportive of the ruling party, so I believe they are getting what they voted for. I'm not saying the other parties would have done a lot better work (or as Mirna Berend said "if we had more women in politics we would do a lot better" LOL) but the matter of the fact is, the country was getting some major stuff done in 2000-2003. for the last 6 years we have been surely but steadily declining and wasting money most of which will come due this fall.
