Its not that he is so fast ,or have high evade skill , rather the "shooter" was a slooow one , with tendency to expose him self/picked bad monent to attack.

Well assuming giving a lecture to a room full of students is similar enough to a talking in front of journalists, I would notice if someone picked their nose or whispered something to the person next to them, let alone stand up and take off both shoes. All that is if this wasn't some sort of stunt.
Either way he did nothing special, he doesn't have the grace of a cat, the shooter sucked and so did the target and that's all.
Rege the world is full of sub-human lamers who would cheat at anything. Anything from a news report to a little online game. There's almost nothing left to trust.
