There are a lot of countries better than Israel. Of course then again it had to impose its presence on foreign (nearly) land.

Which other nation has come back , from antiquity, (2000years or so - not sure - have to research it) to restablish it's self?

Which other country has survived between 2 military "monsters" Russia and Germany?? only POLAND!. At the time of 2 world war MY country fighted Germany and Russia for 5 weeks while France atacked only by Germans gave up after 2 weeks! Not to say that PL had no time to mobilizise any army while rest of Europe had. Also we had a pact of help with England and France but when Hitler atacked noone helped... And what after that? Jauta and USA, England "gave" Poland to Russia and once again we got slaved this time for 45 years. For whole 18,19th centuries we were slaved by Russia,Austria-Hungary and Germany. Never could count on anyones help and still managed to break free...

I'm be staight honest with you- I'm quite ignorant - sadly to say- when it comes to history... but here goes myresponse to you.

I'm very happy ,as i read your post, that Poland stood up to the evil that was nazisim... I will take your word for it... But, it is my personal belief - that G-d makes and breaks empires, He builds them up and He can also tear them down...

I am very happy to read that Poland stood up to the nazis - those evil people (nazis)they were! And then you had Russia- which was under a dictatorship? (stalin? correct me if i am wrong, please! I have no real sense of history- to be honest about it) - talk about which side to choose !

i'm happy that poland took the initative to stand up to the hate of nazism and the threat of communism .... It is good to be a free man in a free country- Who doesnt want to be free?

I wouldnt want to offence anyone!! So if someone felt bad about my post, sorry Im not having any problems about Germans , Russians or anyone else!! I just wrote a small piece of my country's history. You can be sure that none of Poles blames curent neighbours! After all politics make this world look like that not a simple people so we all can hate Hitler , Stalin etc but I personaly like Germans Israel people, or Russians very much!!... Anyway its a fact that Poland has one of the most difficult geopolitical placement... In my opinion every country has it owns beauty and theres no point in screaming which is the best. As for nazists , yes we had our hell on earth and after that not much better half a century of communism thats why Poland helped Ukraine to break free and probably will help anyone that wants to get independent...
