Default RAM mhz question

A simple question,
what is better?:
1024 MB RAM 400mhz or
1536 MB RAM 333mhz?

I will use this motherboard GigaByte GA-K8NF-9

So, yes, it has dual channel
The memory sticks are:
2x512 400mhz Kingston
1x512 333mhz (I can't remember the seller)
