weird keyboard problem

I'm having an extremely weird keyboard problem. My F6 button doesn't work properly. It does really weird things =\ e.g. In D2 it makes the character screen quickly pop in and then quickly disappear. In CS it makes something like "shift-lock" :S that makes like im keep pressing the shift button and it only stops when I really click the shift button.

I tried pluging a different keyboard, problem consists. I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, problem consists. I tried installing a program called KeyTweak that can change a keyboard button function and make sure that F6 is F6, problem consists. I do not remember installing anything that caused that as the keyboard worked fine before a month :S

Help please?

maybe its one of your driver uses hotkeys

I dont remember I tweaked the driver in any way and I believe reinstalling the driver would have reseted any chnage that might have done =\

note: it worked fine before a month and I did not installed a new driver.

anyone???? I cant live without my F6 !! :S
