Default Gigabyte BIOS Bugs

I'm using GA-K8NS-939 and today Gigabyte released a new BIOS F4 version.
The F3 had alot of bugs and guess what? F4 has even more bugs!!
If they will not fix it in the next release I would replace the entire board

7. RAID Settings hangs
8. Sometimes I see weird characters in the BIOS Menu
9. Soundcards doesnt like the motherboard (weird voices)
10. Hardware monitoring doesnt work well (weird voltages sometimes and its not related to the PSU)
