Default external hard drives suddenly undetcted

I recently installed windows 7 home premium 64-bit and the hard drives were detected when I just plugged them in (plug and play) and now they wont show up, I made sure that both of them are connected. Under the device Manager is shows that "Coprocessor" under "other devices" is not working, it has the yellow sign with and explanation mark.

That is the first thing I did. There are external usb hard drives, one is a western digital essential book edition 500gb, and the other is a iomega 1tb prestige edition. Does anyone know anywhere that is good for finding drivers? All the other usb devices work, such as my mouse, and printer.
