Even though it is possible to remove default resolution values in registry, its certainly not advisable and one simple registry deletion will result in you re-formatting your PC, and it so easy to set your monitor to default 75Mhz in Display Properties.

The best advice for you is to use Rivatuner or Powerstrip to force custom & pre-defined resolutions in the settings menu.

I dont know why you are so concerned about this, having your resolution set at 75MHz or 60MHz is not going to make your games faster, and you would barely notice the difference on your monitor unless your eyes & nose was touching the screen.

I hope you have managed to fix the flicker problem if not well.......... again go back to basics, cable, re-seat the GPU, change PCI slots, try a standard VGA analog cable, even try getting an offical driver for your monitor, and use the reset and degaus setting from the monitor itself, and if it still does not work after all that, well Im sorry to say you might as well buy a new monitor or send it for repair.

Good Luck and All the Best.

Its not a monitor problem,or a cable problem,I'm sure at 100% here.
My problem is,that I run mmo game with couple clients, and seems like it flickers a monitor when I launch another client, eventho my monitor resolution is on 75hz at windows display propertis, and im using att's refresh lock for 75hz,but its not enough,i also tried to use RefreshLock proggy, the good old one,but i had same effect that i got with att.
Plus,i dont have another pci-e slot, and i got official drivers for both, video card and monitor.
Thats why I want to try to delete default 60hz...
