Some suggestions for my new computer

Question to IModIntel.
I was looking up your case and fan models and noticed the Antec 300 comes with fans does it not? Did you buy a better one and replaced the stock fans that came with that case? Your SilverStone FM122 is a replacement right?

Actually I bought my Antec 300 last year. Maybe things changed, but when I got it, there were only a top and rear fan (I kept those). I added two Antec LED fans in the front and my high flow Silverstone one on the side after one of my friends bought it and I was like "holy mother of god"

Then again, maybe there was a newer revision with more fans I don'T know.

Not true. My 4870X2 idles at 56c while my GTS250 idles at 65c. Probably because the 4870X2 GPUs are 55nm and the Nvidia GTS250 are 65nm G92...
