Default How are Fatal1ty headsets in general?

Saw this new Fatal1ty gaming headset at E3 recently and really liked it. However, I have never tried any Fata1lty headset before and was wondering if I should shell out $99 for this one. It looks really cool and comes with noise cancellation properties and also has a removable mic ... anyone here with experience with Fatal1ty gear care to share?

Only buy it if it's on sale. I have the previous generation and it went on sale for $40 all the time and at that price point it was a good buy. Never pay full price for any Fatal1ty products, EVER.

I refuse to buy any Fatal1ty product since it is an insult to my intelligence. Instead of wasting money on that Fatal1ty dude, they should spend it on R&D and come up with new features and better product quality.

If you want good sound quality then spend these 99$ on Koss or Sennheiser headphones. Trust me you won't be disappointed. In my opinion buying gamer headphones is a waste of money.

Just like Regeneration said, I would neven buy any Fatal1ty product ever again. I used to own a Fatal1ty mouse and it was an unholy abomination of mankind. And they are overpriced. Steer away from these products. Get some Bose/Sennheiser/Bang & Olufsen/Shure/AudioTecnica/AKG headphones instead. Then you'll get REAL sound.

Owned one and it was very comfortable. Though I now have a Sennheiser PC161 and the sound quality is obviously better. Though I'd have gone for a Sennheiser from the HD line if I could've afforded it.
