I thought I would start a new thread on recent technology purchases that we would like to comment on.
Rate the product(s) you have just bought!
As for me... I just bought myself the Wired Apple keyboard to be able to have a full size typing surface when doing long texts on my laptop.
The quality is simply amazing, the all aluminium frame is awesome, and also it is extremely slim and offers two additional USB ports, something I was looking for on my next keyboard, the slim factor makes it very easy to transport it with my laptop (even fits in my transport case without a problem. The keys have a really nice feel to them and are EXTREMELY responsive.
However this is clearly not a gaming keyboard, because of the lack of some essential gaming functions. Also, some of the keys will not work in windows which is perfectly normal since they jsut don't exist in the Microsoft OS. But aside from that it works great, with both Windows XP and Vista. Also tried it on the latest kernel of Ubuntu and also works fine.
So in short: for me, this is an awesome typing keyboard, but would definitely never use it for any kind of gaming.
