Yeah, my friend has the G5, great quality mouse, but I like more profiled mice. But in terms of quality, 5 stars.

well the g5 looks good except that the laser is off center which i dont want, it makes it extramly agrivating to do certain things while drawing/modeling because if you even slightly rotate the mouse then the point goes on a different axis, it needs to be dead center Im debating between the ms habu and the razer copperhead, their both a little pricy but look like they owuld be exatly what i would wnat. I dont suppose anyone wants to give me a christmas present eh?

Well the Lachesis has that perfectly centered laser.

Honestly if I had to choose between the copperhead and the habu, I'd pick the habu without a second thought.

I recommend the Logitech MX18 best bang for the buck or the Razer Death Adder both good mice and both are optical.

Consider it a lesser of two evils.
Copperheads are evil. My friend's copperhead has failed twice in 6 months (the darn thing seems to burn itself out).

This is how one must deal with a razer copperhead (just to prevent any confusion the guy in the video is not the friend I was mentioning lol):
(watch this video)

The Razer Deathadder has a comfortable shape. It should be around the same price as the other 2. I'm not sure about the center/off center part but if passes then you might want to consider it too.

I personally own an MX518 (rev1), it's fantastic (just ask the poor dudes with sr-8 shot holes in their heads). The price is much less, the drivers are great etc but despite all this I don't consider this a designer's choice for a mouse.
