A good friend of mine is locked out of his ipod touch

From research i found out if locked,, It can then, only be unlocked by syncing/docking that iPod with it's default library. Also, you must be signed into the iTunes Music Store account which was active on the first ever sync of the device...

trouble is my friends daughter bought this off her friend and it will be weeks before they will get together too rectify the problem,,they live on an island,,,school holidays!

anyone here hacked the touch or got any suggestions PLZ????? hours of searching im not much closer
